This brings greetings to you from The Greene & Pickens Black Families Association. As notified
in the last letter in June of 2009, the Third Annual Eutaw & Aliceville Family Reunion will be held in
Tuscaloosa, Alabama during the period of June 10-11. Our events will be held at the Bryant
Conference Center & The Snow Hinton Park. To reiterate, the registration fees covers the cost of
all the facilities, t-shirts, the enjoyable food, & the entertainment for each day. The fees are above.
Payment is due on April 1st. Do not send your registration form without your payment. In order to
properly plan a successful and enjoyable event, it is important that you pay your fees on time.
When you delay your payment, it throws off our head count, which isn't fair to the committee or
those that paid on time. Also it messes up the committee's budget for the funds we strictly set
aside for last minute details. Registration forms are available on the link below. Also if you own
your own business and you would to promote it, please fill out the form. As the summer
approaches, we look forward to spending wonderful times with family and friends in joyous
occasions such as this. We ask God's guidance and blessings on each on you and we look
forward to seeing you in June of this year. Everyone is encouraged to invite friends and family to
join us for a great weekend of food and fun with family and friends

| Due to recession, we are cutting the fees in half, so that the events will be affordable for everyone. We understand that several individuals have lost their jobs, their homes, and are experiencing other financial hardships. Cancelling the events for next year was not an option, so we decided to plan an affordable 2 day event, instead of a 3 day event. |
