There has always been a little confusion about the different sets of Morrow families.
From what I have researched there are four possible sets.  Alexander is the patriarch of
most of the Morrow families.

                          George Morrow (1854 - 1942)

George Morrow was the son of Derry Morrow & Hannah Williamson.  He was
born and raised in the Bridgeville Precinct of Pickens County.  His
grandparents were Stephen & Lucinda Williamson and he was living with
them.  By the early 1880's, the entire family migrated to Mantua and settled
near the other Williamson, which is how George Morrow met his future wife:
Mary Williamson.  She was the daughter of Louis Williamson & Amanda
Snoddy.

It isn't really sure if George Morrow is related to the other set of Morrows,
but this genealogy is still being investigated.

                  Joseph Lavender Morrow (1845)


Joseph (Lavender) Morrow Family was born "Over the River" in Pickens
County as Joseph Lavender.  His father was definitely Harvey Lavender
(1821), but his mother's identity is in question.  His brother was Edmond
Lavender (1840).  When he was a young man, he was sold to the Morrow
family to be a carriage driver.  He and his family was split up, but were later
reunited after slavery.  He later married Army Storey, the daughter of Mitchell
Storey & Elizabeth Lavender.  

According to the families, they are not related to other set of Morrow families,
but they are through other family lines.  Joseph is not truly a Morrow.
